I built Hot Frost around a simple idea: booking a sauna and ice bath should begin with the experience someone wants, not the shape of the booking system. The product brings location discovery, availability, session choice, and customer accounts into one connected journey.

Sauna sessions combine a location, a time, capacity, a session format, and a price. The flow brings those choices forward in a deliberate order and gives guests a temporary hold while they finish checkout.
Shared sessions, private bookings, group reservations, gift vouchers, bundles, and membership credits use the same booking foundation. Returning customers can manage eligible reservations from their account.

Payload CMS models pages, locations, sessions, pricing rules, and booking presentation. Editors can reorder page sections, shape location information, and adjust how a booking is presented. The customer interface and the booking service remain separate, so each can change without pulling the other apart.

Availability is checked as a reservation moves forward. Holds protect capacity during checkout, quoted prices stay attached to the reservation, and the account area supports rescheduling and cancellations within the configured policy. End-to-end coverage exercises guest bookings, mobile checkout, voucher redemption, event capacity, enquiries, and competing holds.
Choose a location, find a session, and follow the booking through.
